Silver State Media Productions is a Las Vegas live-event production company. We produce ticketed live events, on-stage live podcasts, live Squabble debates, private concerts, and recurring private late-night luxury concerts every Friday at The Stirling Club. The website provides information about our events and services, event registration, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, and an AI-powered chat assistant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or attend events. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Event Participation

By registering for and attending our events, you agree that:

• Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes
• You consent to the use of your likeness in event media unless you notify us in writing beforehand
• You will conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all events
• Event registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct

5. Event Bookings, Sponsorships & Commercial Terms

Ticket purchases, event sponsorships, private-event bookings, and any partnership terms are governed by the specific terms presented at the point of purchase or by separate written agreements between the parties. These Terms of Service do not by themselves create any sponsorship, partnership, or revenue-share obligation; all such terms are formalized in writing.

6. AI Chat & Communications

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Information provided by the chat assistant is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or business advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website
• Use the chat feature to send spam, harassment, or abusive content
