1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Silver State Media Productions website (ssmp.events) and associated services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Silver State Media Productions is a premium business live event production company that connects operators with decision-makers through curated events, live productions, live production, podcast recordings, and content production. The website provides information about our services, event registration, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, and an AI-powered chat assistant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or attend events. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Event Participation

By registering for and attending our events, you agree that:

• Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes
• You consent to the use of your likeness in event media unless you notify us in writing beforehand
• You will conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all events
• Event registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct

5. Revenue Share & Business Relationships

Business relationships, revenue share agreements, and introduction terms are governed by separate written agreements between the parties. These Terms of Service do not constitute a revenue share agreement. All business terms are established during the qualification call and formalized in writing.

6. AI Chat & Communications

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Information provided by the chat assistant is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or business advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website
• Use the chat feature to send spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Silver State Media Productions LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVER STATE MEDIA PRODUCTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver State Media Productions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Free Tickets & Partner Data Sharing

Complimentary (free) event tickets are made available in partnership with CreatorRM, the technology platform that powers the SSMP events, ticketing, and registration system. As consideration for a free ticket, you agree that the registration details you submit (name, email, phone number, organization, and event attendance information) are shared with CreatorRM and stored in the CreatorRM platform, and may be used by Silver State Media Productions and CreatorRM to operate the event and, where you have separately opted in, to send marketing communications. Paid tickets are processed through the same platform; see our Privacy Policy for details on how registration data is handled.

13. SMS / Text Message Program

When you opt in to text messages on an event registration form, you consent to receive event updates, reminders, and promotional offers by SMS from Silver State Media Productions and our platform partner CreatorRM at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Expect approximately 2 to 5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opt-in records (including the time and form of consent) are logged and stored with your registration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
